• All cancellations or changes must be notified via email to info@milossailways.gr

• For cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure, Milos Sail Ways offers a 100% refund of the deposit or full payment.

• For changes made at least 24 hours before departure, no additional fees apply, however the new booking is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the requested new date or period, a full refund will be issued.

• For cancellations or changes made within 23 hours before departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• Cancellations initiated by Milos Sail Ways:

Milos Sail Ways reserves the right to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or technical issues in order to ensure the safety of all passengers. In such cases, passengers are entitled to a full refund.
